Traders that continue to eye expansion

The Fragrance Shop, which claims to be the largest independent fragrance retailer with more than 220 stores, has appointed CBRE to help it open an further 100 sites over the next three years. The business is targeting town centre locations, retail parks and outlet centres. Meanwhile, the Loungers café-bar group has just opened its 200th venue and has expanded its roll-out plans to 30 sites a year, up from 25.
