Build-to-rent boom

It found that 72 projects were started in the UK in 2021, up from 53 a year earlier. John Cooper, of Deloitte, said: "Birmingham and Leeds have gained significant traction in new build-to-rent projects over successive years. This reflects favourable economic conditions."
